Beatriz Martinez is a distinguished international real estate expert with 20 years of experience specializing in luxury investment properties. She has guided global buyers, sellers, and investors in cross-border transactions, market analysis, and investment structuring.
 
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Martinez holds a Bachelor's in Communications Design from Syracuse University, an Executive MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, and a specialization in Real Estate Finance at the London School of Economics and Finance for the Non-Financial Manager at Harvard Business School.
 
Her career began in digital media, leading business strategies at AOL, UOL Brazil, and StarMedia before transitioning to real estate in 2004. Now based in Vail, Colorado, she spearheaded the launch of Slifer Smith & Frampton’s Latin American division, expanding its reach to high-net-worth investors from Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Spain. She currently serves as an International Real Estate Advisor at eXp Luxury Realty, helping foreign investors acquire premier Vail Valley properties.
 
Recognizing a gap in Spanish-language real estate platforms, she co-founded VisitVail.com, the first Spanish-language vacation rental portal in Vail Valley. She also hosts "Conquering Vail," the only bilingual podcast focused on international real estate in the region, offering expert insights and investment strategies.
